At Devonshire Road, we are proud of the extra curricular clubs we offer to our children as part of their Personal Development. We aim to offer a wide variety of opportunities to help all children enrich their education alongside the curriculum they receive at Devonshire Road on a daily basis.
We aim to ensure that children are developing their key skills that they may need in later life, whilst also adding even more excitement to the additional time they may spend in school.
Staff in school provide these clubs in their own time, and some clubs are run by specialist delivery partners (such as Markland Hill Racquets Club for sports-based clubs). For externally led clubs, parents/carers will be informed of spaces available via email at the start of each term.
School led clubs are allocated via an online sign-up link. Children's names are selected at random to take part in the clubs each term, and therefore, not a first-come, first-served basis.
