Design Technology is an exciting subject that allows pupils to explore and create innovative solutions to real-world problems. This subject encourages essential skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork, in line with the National Curriculum aims for Key Stage 1 and 2. Students will design, make, and evaluate a range of products, drawing on knowledge from various subjects, including science and mathematics. Through hands-on projects, children will gain a better understanding of materials and processes while enhancing their ability to think critically and work together. Ultimately, Design Technology prepares learners to adapt and thrive in a changing world.
