During parents and carers' evenings, we will be hosting a Halloween costume swap shop. We are asking our families to have had a look in their cupboards for any Halloween costumes your child doesn't fit into/have a need for anymore. These can then be brought into school in a washed state and on a hanger. We will then display them in the hall during parent/carer evening where they will become brand new for another child and loved all again - all for free.
We know that not everyone in our school community joins in with Halloween but we aim to help wherever we can. We will potentially hold more swap shops throughout the year (Eid party clothes; Christmas jumpers - any other suggestions are welcome). Our aim is to support families during this financially difficult time, with the added bonus of reducing landfill waste. A win, win!
