“Fur, Feather and Scales” - using items from the botanical / natural history exhibitions brought in as inspiration, pupils use a variety of natural mark making materials (charcoal, sticks, leaves, feathers etc) to draw from still life, and / or then instinctively mark-make, exploring textures as well as feelings. Sections of the pieces created could be put together to create a collaborative work representing the pupil's return to school and coming back together as a group.
