Y1 will be participating in the Rosa Parks workshop, run by the company One Day Creative. They will focus on the following elements of their topic learning:
- Discover the inspirational stories of key figures from Black History
- Introduce the themes of equality, discrimination, difference and racism
- Celebrate Black History Month
- Express ideas and feelings through voice, movement, role play and drama
